DYADA – a home for parents and children from birth onwards
Swimming for Infants
Swimming at Dyada begins at three months of age, and classes are divided by age groups. In the Dyada swimming class the parents and children are together in the pool. The warm temperature and pleasant atmosphere help in your baby’s development and strengthen the parent/baby connection.
Your baby learns to feel natural and comfortable in the water, while the variety of games and activities strengthen the body and respiratory ability and improve balance, coordination and self confidence. Swimming exercises and develops all the muscles, especially in the shoulders and chest.
The swimming pool is specifically suited to infants and small children and heated to 33-34oC year round.
Advantages
• Regular time spent together in the water strengthens parent-child bonding and enables the baby to feel secure in the pool, seeing water as a safe and comfortable environment.
• The physical action of being in the water helps develop important physiological body systems.

Length of ClassesEach class is 30 minutes long.
